Despite the outline being inspired by traditional involvement era pigs from the ‘60s, the Humpback leverages modern performance characteristics like a flat bottom and progressive rocker for more universal usability. The low gradual entry rocker makes early wave entry effortless and extra kick in the tail allows for easy redirection. It trims from the mid section and pivots off the hips. The foiled 50-50 rails add responsiveness and make the board feel smaller than it is. Although this is not a traditional noserider, a capable surfer can certainly dabble on the nose.
